Presentation
CCAM is a club approved by the Departmental Service of Youth and Sports and is affiliated with the French Judo Federation.
The CCAM works closely with the Villefranche Agglomeration Community (CAVIL), the City of Villefranche (Sports Department), and the Rhône-Alpes Youth and Sports Department, while also operating within the framework of the Urban Social Cohesion Contract (CUCS). Technical instruction is provided by Mr. Ernest VERDINO, 6th dan black belt, former high-level competitor, and state-certified instructor (BE2). President: Mr. Fouzi HECHAICHI, 1st dan black belt, certified teacher with the French National Education system.
Activities:
>>> Judo:
- Judo initiation for 4-year-olds (Wednesdays from 15:30pm to 16:30pm)
- Children's classes from 7 years old (Wednesdays from 14:30pm to 15:30pm and Fridays from 18pm to 19pm)
- adult classes
- competition preparation
>>> Gentle gymnastics for men/women (Taiso or stretching, gentle methods of muscle stretching).
