LaboGM offers creative workshops and events focused on digital technology, but not only that.
- Digital drawing workshops on tablets: an introduction to digital drawing with a presentation of several tablet drawing software programs. Digital drawing allows what wasn't possible with traditional tools: access to a multitude of brushes and pencils, the ability to undo changes without having to start the entire drawing from scratch, and the ability to experiment with multiple versions and trials on the same drawing. It's neither simpler nor more complicated, since the fundamentals of drawing remain the same...
- Workshops in traditional drawing, manga, illustration...
- Stop-motion animation workshops. Create very short stop-motion films (animating objects frame by frame). This workshop offers a discovery and introduction to the technique. Films can be made with modeling clay, drawings, toys, objects, paper... anything is possible!
- VR Workshop. Drawing with a virtual reality headset. You can finally draw with a virtual reality headset! Explore your newly created world!

Other details
Since the start of the health crisis, we have left our premises and are currently unable to host groups. We are looking for spaces to welcome you back during school holidays and weekends! Small outdoor workshops are still possible. We continue to work with schools, libraries, businesses, and other organizations.
