Educational visit to the Bourettes Farm

The day's content will be developed according to your expectations. Three workshops are possible, rotating throughout the day: feeding the farm animals, discovering the cows in the pasture with their calves, and grinding wheat into flour.

At this family farm, you'll discover a herd of Aubrac suckler cows raised organically and explore the connections between the land and agricultural production, between the farmer's craft and your food. The tour includes a full visit to the farm, learning about and caring for the animals, observing the suckler cows in the barns and pastures, watching the young calves and the bull, and participating in a workshop about grains, from field to flour.
