Come and discover the secrets of wine tasting during a friendly, in-depth and fun wine course with the winemaker of the Domaine.

Introduction to oenology and tasting of 5 wines with snacks.
During this workshop, you will discover the secrets of tasting and learn the professional tasting methodology.
Step 1: A quick presentation of the Domaine and the Beaujolais Pierres Dorées, with a welcome glass of wine.
Step 2: The aromas
– Where do the aromas of wine come from?
– What are the different types of flavors?
– How do we perceive aromas?
Step 3: Discovering the aromas of wine around the Nose of Wine, in a fun game.
Step 4: Discovering the tasting methodology using a worksheet we designed, based on a first white wine.
Step 5: Practical application with a second white wine

Step 6: Fun tasting of two red wines accompanied by winemaker's snacks (country bread, charcuterie and farm cheeses)
You can ask us any questions you wish about oenology and tasting.
You will leave the course with real tasting knowledge, which you can experiment with at home independently.
