Le Bistronome was born from a simple idea: to focus on the fundamentals of cooking.

Sharing and conviviality, gourmet delights and refinement, quality local production and short supply chains, tradition and creativity...quite a program!

Daily interactions with the men and women who work behind the scenes to offer us exceptional products that respect our local areas open up endless creative opportunities, and we're going to take advantage of them!

To this "simple" idea, we wanted to add our environmental values. As responsible professionals, we will strive, every day, to minimize our impact on the environment, together with you and for the benefit of us all!

Please note that local products, producers, farmers and winemakers will be showcased by favouring short supply chains.

Opening

From 02/01 to 31/12/2026, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 13:45pm and from 19:30pm to 20:45pm. Closed on Monday and Sunday.
Closures for public holidays and annual leave are visible on our website.
