We offer a discovery workshop, "Wine Aging: Discover our wines at different ages." You will explore the winery where, after the harvest, the grapes give birth to the wine, then the vaulted cellars of the estate and its imposing wooden barrels, the foudres, in which the wines age peacefully for many months.

You will learn from the winemaker the essential steps in making a wine, from growing the vines to aging them, then you will be introduced to tasting the wines of the estate.
