Come and play at being apprentice glassmakers in Cendrine's workshop - Perlier d'Art de France - and discover the art of glassmaking with a torch, a skill dating back to 3500 BC and listed as part of UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage.
You’ll find here:
A little bit of theory on the raw material, safety rules, equipment preparation and bead cleaning.
Lots of practice!
· You learn to melt glass with a blowtorch, shape round beads and beads of different shapes (cylinder, cube, disc, cone,...);
• To place different decorations (dots, hearts, lines, bubbles,...);
• Using various tools to deform the glass (pliers, scissors, points, molds…)
All equipment and materials are provided and your beads are sent to you by tracked letter after oven annealing and cleaning - within 48 to 72 hours.

Single price: €120 (Price per person up to 2 people. Reduced price for groups of 3 to 4 people (on request)).
