Museum Overview

Various themed workshops are offered to help you discover chocolate making and pastry-making. Take your chocolates home for a delicious tasting.

The workshops offered are open to adults and children. Duration: 1 to 3 hours. Private workshops are available for groups of 6 or more.
3-hour Chocolate Candy Workshop.
You'll discover the making of classic chocolates: pralines, ganaches, soft caramels and, depending on the season, mendiants, griottes or candied orange peels. After making them, each person coats the fillings in couverture chocolate and then learns the different decorating techniques.
Everyone leaves with a beautiful box of approximately 1kg of delicious chocolates to enjoy with family or friends.

Description:

Chocolate Candies - 2-hour Workshop
This is a workshop to discover chocolate making as a family. We'll all make soft salted caramel together. Then, each person will coat and decorate the caramels in couverture chocolate, as well as other fillings prepared in advance (ganaches, pralines, candied orange peels). Everyone will leave with a lovely box of approximately 250g of chocolates.

Family workshop (1 hour)
Each child makes lollipops with their choice of chocolate(s), then adds small decorative figures. Adults make mendiants (chocolate discs with nuts and dried fruit). Everyone leaves with a bag filled with the chocolates they made. This activity takes place year-round and is open to children aged 4 and up.
