The "Elegance" package at Château des Bachelards includes a visit, a tasting, and a meal prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Aurélien Mérot.

You will enjoy a tour exploring the Château's facilities, including our vineyards and cellars. This tour will give you an understanding of the different stages involved in crafting a great wine using organic and biodynamic methods. We will conclude the tour with a guided tasting of four of the Château's biodynamic wines.

You can then enjoy lunch prepared by Chef Aurélien Mérot of the Auberge du Cep, served in the Clos des Bachelards. You will benefit from an intimate moment with views of our vineyards, the castle tower, and the Fleurie hill crowned by the Chapel of the Madonna.

The chef has prepared a "blind" tasting journey for you, a unique sensory experience designed to surprise and delight you. You'll feel like you're in a restaurant, but served in a unique setting. The menu will consist of a starter, a main course, and a dessert, accompanied by a bottle of wine from the château for four people.

In case of bad weather, the meal will be served in our traditional barrel cellar.
