Want to discover scuba diving or take advantage of your diving certification? The Néréides Plongée center welcomes you, young and old, to discover freshwater diving and all the biodiversity that develops there!

Difficult to dive when you are far from the sea? Think again!
The Néréides Plongée center offers various diving activities, mainly scuba diving, but also freediving (apnea) or simply snorkeling, in the surrounding bodies of water (mainly in Anse or in diving pits, in the Rhône Alpes region)! It is affiliated with ANMP for issuing French certifications, SSI for international certifications and Bathysmed® for health and fitness diving certifications.
The Bathysmed® protocol, through techniques from sophrology, mindfulness meditation and mental preparation, allows you to increase your serenity, reduce your stress… It is also suitable for a non-diving audience.
Fully equipped and guided by a state-certified instructor according to your level, you'll explore the lakebed in search of its inhabitants, whose diversity will surprise you (fish, crayfish, shrimp, mussels, etc.)! In the diving pool, you can also discover the activity or simply improve your skills in a fun way!
Children aged 8 and over can dive. The Néréides Plongée center has equipment adapted for children.
A medical certificate will be required for all training courses, with the exception of introductory dives.
