Here we showcase the women and men of the land, fruit growers from our region, winegrowers, farmers and market gardeners… by working with their products simply, because the hardest part is already done!

Here we simmer, roast, confit, and peel. It is by returning to my native village that I wish to share my cuisine, simple because we are simple people who know where they come from.

From 02/01 to 31/12, Wednesdays and Sundays from 8:30am to 19pm. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30am to 23pm.
