L'Instant Restaurant

L'Instant offers traditional cuisine featuring seasonal and local products. You can relax in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and enjoy a sharing platter with a beer or local wine and/or a meal.

L'Instant Restaurant is a small restaurant that opened its doors on November 18, 2022 in Eveux.

We aim to be a vibrant hub for community life and interaction in our small village of Eveux. We offer games for adults and children, with the goal of revitalizing the local scene. More than just a restaurant, we welcome everyone to come for a meal; to meet up with friends or family and share a moment over platters and hot or cold drinks; or to find a quiet, unplugged workspace. 

We aim to promote local produce. All our food is homemade using fresh, local ingredients (primarily sourced within a 30km radius); we offer a short menu (2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts) that changes monthly. A vegetarian option is always available for both starters and main courses.

We occasionally offer themed evenings or events. We also gladly welcome groups of up to 20 seated people.
