Fun' Yaourt is first and foremost our flagship product: an Italian-style ice cream made with farm-fresh yogurt, which also gave its name to our shop. The yogurt, which forms the base of this ice cream, comes from a short supply chain, as the cow's milk used in it is produced and processed in "Beaujolais Vert" at the GAEC Barras farm in Ronno.
For the flavors, fruit purees are used. They are notably prepared with fresh fruit in the summer season (strawberries from the "Monts du Lyonnais", blueberries from the "Haut Beaujolais", peaches and apricots from the Rhône Valley…).
