A walk through the vineyards followed by a cellar visit

Join us for an educational walk through the vineyards at the foot of the famous 15th-century mill that gave its name to this prestigious appellation. This will be followed by a visit and tasting of 5 wines at the château.

A short walk (approximately 30 minutes, depending on the weather and your preferences) will allow you to discover the landscapes and terroirs of the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, as well as the challenges involved in working the vines and soils within an ambitious environmental approach (organic conversion). We will then return by car to the château for a tour of the winery and cellars, followed by a tasting of five wines from our collection: Beaujolais Blanc Clos de Loyse (Chardonnay), Morgon, Fleurie, Moulin-à-Vent, and two of our single-vineyard selections. We always conclude the tasting with a wine from an older vintage to allow the wines to appreciate their aging potential.
