In the heart of the Beaujolais region, Frédéric offers cooking, cosmetics, pastry making, and chocolate making classes in a friendly atmosphere. He combines theory, practice, and tasting, and prioritizes seasonal (organic and regional) products.

Several themed courses are offered: Chocolate making workshops, Pastry workshops, Cosmetics workshops (for the body/for the home), Cooking workshops, Creator of tailor-made and on-demand Culinary events.

Opening

Open daily by reservation. Open according to workshop schedule, special opening one weekend per month of the vegetarian restaurant (and private hire on request).
