Immerse yourself in the world of Château Gaillard: taste our casks, sample the blend of 5 cuvées, choose your favorite, then experience the bottling process and personalize your label. Take home your very own souvenir bottle! A truly immersive experience!

Wine blending is the art of mixing several grape varieties or vintages to create a more balanced, complex and harmonious wine.

Taste the different wines offered on the barrels. Begin blending them in your test tubes: 1-2-3-4 wines in the proportions that seem most appropriate to you. (Try to keep a glass of each blend so you can compare).

On your sheet, for each of the blends created, give an overall rating, as well as your comments: visual appearance, color, nose, aromas, length on the palate...
You can ask the winemaker for advice regarding the blends you are making. Once you have finalized your blend, remember to note the percentage of each wine present.

Present your best blend to the winemaker so he can taste it.
If the blend is approved, you proceed to bottling and corking.
Next stop, the labeling area, where you can leave with your personalized bottle!
