Presentation

From the specificities of Moulin-à-Vent to the emblematic vineyard of the estate, via its history, its techniques and its wines, take advantage of this immersive visit to discover exceptional vintages.

This visit immerses wine lovers in the great terroirs of Moulin-à-Vent.
From the privileged vantage point of the terrace overlooking the appellation, they discover the specific characteristics of Moulin-à-Vent: its granitic soils and their characteristic expression of pink sands, the impact of the winds that blow across the AOC and the estate, and the diversity of the terroirs, of which 5 out of 69 are already visible, with their
Such different environments. A dive into the history of the Château immerses them in 3 centuries of history, alongside the great families who have carried the estate, with a faith that remains intact today.

In the winery, we focus on the technical side: explaining our methods and choices, we decipher here the genesis of our wines, from the harvest to the aging which takes place in the vaulted cellar of the estate, dating from the 16th century.
A visit to the estate's emblematic vineyard, Clos de Londres, marks the highlight of the tour. Located in the "Le Moulin-à-Vent" terroir, it offers a view of the historic windmill, an icon of the appellation. It is here, on this plot, that our most ambitious ventures began: from the transition to organic farming to the launch of massal selection and the creation of our first micro-cuvées, one grasps the very essence of the estate's existence and purpose.
During the tasting that followed in the Chapelle des Thorins, five wines were tasted. Three of them were our single-vineyard selections, an emblematic triptych of the estate: "Les Vérillats", "Champ de Cour" and "La Rochelle".
The tasting concludes with our micro-cuvée "Clos de Londres," made from grapes grown in the vineyard we just visited. Produced in fewer than 2.000 bottles, this cuvée is exclusively available at the estate and beautifully illustrates the power of the terroir.
