At Domaine Cédric Vincent, located in the hills above Pouilly-le-Monial, in the heart of the Pierres Dorées region, experience an enriching exchange about the Beaujolais world of a unique winemaker: his family history, his territories, his heritage, his landscapes, his gastronomy and of course his wines…
Laurence will tell you about the specifics of the complex work in the vineyard, amplified by organic and biodynamic practices, in a desire to create atypical wines of character.
After a visit to the cellar, where you will be told about the winemaking process, including aging in Amphora, you can taste up to 4 wines from the estate's range: Beaujolais whites and reds, St Amour, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent and Bourgogne Blanc.
