You will visit saffron fields, also known as "saffron farms," ​​and discover the inner workings of cultivating this legendary plant. During the visit, you will also learn about the saffron flower in the Beaujolais region, an area particularly well-suited to its cultivation.
To conclude this experience in style, you will participate in a tasting of saffron products and leave with recipe ideas to use in your own cooking.

Depending on the season, you will have the opportunity to harvest and trim the saffron, directly with the producer!
