Presentation

We will start by picking some wild plants before moving into the kitchen to mix them into simple preparations.
We will then enjoy them in a friendly atmosphere.

After a botanical walk of about an hour, it's time for cooking! (and tasting).
We will prepare a savory snack, a sweet treat and a drink made from freshly picked wild plants which will change with each season.
The event is hosted by Céline from "Graine & Pollen".

By default, the event can take place at the Honey Farm, where we will be welcomed by Estelle, a beekeeper.
However, the event can take place in many locations in the Monts du Lyonnais.
Constraint: having a space to cook (water point, access to electricity, hot plates, some dishes).
The picking location will be determined together.

- the botanical walk,
