Collaborative pizza workshop with farm products, visit to the fields, mill and bakery, picking of aromatic plants in the forest garden.
The activity begins with kneading pizza dough using flour from the farm. While the dough rises, participants tour the farm to learn about wheat cultivation and processing, from field to bread. A visit to the garden will allow them to harvest aromatic herbs to garnish the pizzas.
Then it will be time to roll out the dough and top it with organic and local products bought from neighboring farmers, and bake it in the wood-fired oven.
Pizzas can be eaten on site or taken away.
Workshop can be carried out in all seasons, regardless of the weather.

Tuesdays and Fridays: maximum 16 people. Other days: only for large groups.
