Get an introduction to wine aromas during a fun 1-hour workshop: discover the typical scents of Beaujolais using vials, then enjoy a guided tasting of 3 wines (white, rosé, red) to find these aromas in your glass.

Discover a 1-hour introductory session dedicated to understanding wine aromas and the essentials of the Domaine's wines. This short and comprehensive format is ideal for those who wish to learn effectively without dedicating too much time, while benefiting from an educational and accessible approach.

Accompanied by a passionate winemaker, you'll explore the fundamentals of wine tasting: observing, smelling, and tasting wine to better understand its characteristics. You'll be guided through the major aromatic families (fruity, floral, spicy, etc.), with simple tools to learn how to recognize, remember, and understand the aromas present in wine. The focus is on the essentials: understanding where aromas come from, how they develop, and how to easily identify them. This hands-on, sensory approach will allow you to quickly gain confidence and precision in your tastings.
The session concludes with a guided tasting of three wines from the estate, selected to illustrate the different aromatic profiles of Beaujolais. This allows you to put your new knowledge into practice by identifying the aromas perceived and understanding the style of the wines tasted.
Accessible to all, this activity provides an excellent introduction to the world of wine, in a friendly, dynamic and enriching format.

Our 32-hectare estate is certified HVE 3, primarily planted with Gamay and Chardonnay for the production of our Beaujolais and Crémant de Bourgogne, but also with Gamaret, Marselan, and Sauvignon for our varietal wines.
