A 2-hour guided tour in the heart of the estate: a stroll through the vineyards, a visit to the winery, an introduction to wine aromas, and a guided tasting of two wines. A complete immersion to understand our expertise.

Experience a 2-hour immersive introduction in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards, designed for those who wish to understand wine in depth, from vine to glass.

Accompanied by a passionate winemaker, start with a walk through the heart of the vineyards to discover the vegetative cycle, the specificities of the terroir and the impact of climate and cultivation practices on the grapes and the future aromas of the wine.
The visit continues at the winery, where you explore the different stages of winemaking: harvesting, fermentation, aging… Each phase is explained clearly and accessibly in order to link the work in the vineyard to the creation of the wine.
You then participate in a sensory initiation to discover and recognize the major families of aromas (fruity, floral, spicy…).
Finally, a guided tasting of the estate's wines allows you to put your new knowledge into practice and identify the aromas you've perceived. An enriching, friendly, and accessible experience for everyone.

Our 32-hectare estate is certified HVE 3, primarily planted with Gamay and Chardonnay for the production of our Beaujolais and Crémant de Bourgogne, but also with Gamaret, Marselan, and Sauvignon for our varietal wines. We are a family estate that works in accordance with the traditions of our ancestors and the biodiversity of our terroir.
