Sustainable gardening and cooking activities

Our awareness-raising activities (for all audiences) aim to educate participants about the challenges of sustainable agriculture and food through participatory and fun formats.

Examples of themes for gardening/sustainable agriculture workshops: plant needs, biodiversity in the garden, water management, seasonality of vegetables, creating/maintaining a vegetable garden, "Panic in the Kitchen!" scavenger hunt

Examples of themes for sustainable cooking workshops: heritage vegetables, low budget, variations of a vegetable in several recipes, anti-waste...

Possibility of building a cycle of interventions with several themes.

The workshops can be organised at the JARDIN D'AVENIR in Saint-Martin-en-Haut or on the Communauté de Communes des Monts du Lyonnais (subject to finding a suitable place).
