Presentation
I'm opening the doors of my workshop to you during the European Artistic Crafts Days. Come and discover the traditional know-how and tools of the jeweler; discuss training and career opportunities with me, and observe the meticulous techniques.
The spark of passion ignited during a chance trip to Brussels, where a fortunate coincidence led me to discover the ancestral art of Tuareg jewelers. In a sandbox, to the sound of hammer and anvil, an alchemy of fire and age-old technique transformed raw materials into jewelry. Thus, my dream of creating was born.
Starting point of a journey to become a jeweller.
Destination: Løksøya, a craft workshop located in the mountains of Lyon.
I create unique jewelry inspired by travel and the diversity of nature, or I give a second life to your jewelry imbued with precious memories. Stretching, rolling, forging, finely cutting, torch-welding: each step is performed by hand to shape the precious metal.
I invite you to immerse yourself in the fascinating profession of jewelry craftsman by opening the doors of my workshop to you during this week of the European Artistic Crafts Days.
Come and discover the traditional know-how and tools of the jeweler; discuss with me the training, the opportunities, the joys and the current constraints of this profession; observe the meticulous gestures and the passion that transform metal into a precious jewel and discover the original creations signed Løksøya.
The workshop will be open freely for information, sales, and demonstrations.
Free entry, by appointment.
And to go further, step into the shoes of a jewelry craftsman to experience traditional techniques such as sawing, forging, soldering and leave with a magnificent ring created by your own hands.
