Originally from the North, I've been living in the region for about fifteen years. My brewery was established eight years ago following a career change. Craft brewing is a creative profession. In creating recipes, you can play with the hop base (IPA, etc.), with spices (Ginger/Kaffir Lime, Earl Grey, Hibiscus beers, etc.), or even age beers in wine/spirit barrels for 10 to 12 months (Saint Joseph, Port, Rum, Bourbon, etc.). Another aspect that also interests me creatively is telling a story and inviting people into my world (The Iceberg... and its Icebergs, which are original gift sets I created).

My beers are organic, 100% pure malt, unfiltered, and bottle-conditioned. I place great importance on carefully selecting the best ingredients and hops to offer my customers the finest beers. Above all, I prioritize taste! This is one of the reasons why the Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne region boasts the highest number of craft breweries: beers that prioritize taste in a region renowned for its flavor!

From an environmental perspective, I am a member of "1% for the Planet" and therefore donate 1% of all my sales each year to organizations working on these issues. Other small, everyday actions help to minimize our impact on the planet (using a deposit system for my bottles through the local association REBOOTEILLE, donating malt residues – spent grains – to a farmer, reusing water in the brewing process, using paper tape on cardboard boxes, etc.).
