Eddy welcomes you to his workshop to discover his work as a forager and artisan. Join a guided walk exploring wild plants and the natural world, then share a friendly moment filled with conversation over a tasting.

During a morning visit, I invite you to immerse yourself in my profession and my passion, to discover this vast world of living things and wild plants through a walk, and to give you an overview of my professional activity, between exchanges and tastings, in my processing workshop.

As a forager based in Claveisolles in the Beaujolais Vert region, I specialize in harvesting wild edible and aromatic plants and transforming them into preserved products (jams and jellies). My work involves more than 70 different plant varieties per year, primarily sourced from the Beaujolais and the mountain ranges of the Rhône-Alpes region, which I use in various dishes (soft and hard cheeses, on toast, crepes, sauces, herbal teas, etc.).
