Museum Overview

Was Antoine Brun a precursor of construction games? The Meccano game was born in England in 1901, a year after the death of the sculptor from Sainte-Consorce.

Meccano finds a striking echo in the models of Antoine Brun: sculpted and assembled pieces allow for the construction of incredibly realistic models in wood or metal. In partnership with the Friends of Meccano Club, the museum presents the Eiffel Tower, the Lyon Ferris wheel, London Bridge, and Notre-Dame as you've never seen them before!
