Presentation
Guided by Honorine, you will discover the plants of the "forest garden" and its ecological functioning.
In a fun and engaging way, you will experience different gardening activities in small groups, depending on the season:
Harvesting and tasting, sifting compost, making cuttings or sowing seeds, observing buds, flowers and fruits, observing garden insects, identifying plants, sifting potting soil...
If you wish, Honorine will explain the concept of a forest garden, and its importance for biodiversity and food.
A 3,000 m² haven of biodiversity will allow you to discover many trees (fruit trees or otherwise),
aromatic plants, and many other edible or melliferous plants.
Asparagus, artichokes, fruit trees, edible berries and flowers, mints, oreganos, sages, vines… intertwine joyfully for the pleasure of the senses.
Shelter is available in case of light rain. If the weather forecast is very bad, the workshop may be postponed.
