Domaine du Champ de la Croix is located in Denicé, in the heart of the Pierres Dorées region. A family estate for four generations, it has been certified organic since 2022. Today, the estate covers 18 hectares, spread across the Beaujolais Rouge Pierres Dorées, Beaujolais Blanc Pierres Dorées, and Brouilly appellations. Benoît aims to combine tradition and modernity while preserving the environment and the terroirs he cherishes.
For this lunch, you will be welcomed by Audrey and Benoît, the winemakers of the estate, who will share with you their work, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The aperitif will be served in the vaulted cellar, located under the vat room.
Then, depending on the weather, lunch will take place outdoors, under the linden tree, or inside the winery. After dessert, for those who wish, you can take a walk in the plots located just opposite the estate.
Throughout this lunch, Audrey and Benoît will be present to chat with you, answer your questions and show you their way of working.
