Museum Overview
Play is a space of freedom, pleasure and discovery, where one can invent, try and make mistakes without consequence.
Through five short films full of fantasy and surprises, this show celebrates imagination, curiosity, and connection.
...between children, generations, and the world.
Pianist and singer Sophie Maurin presents a film-concert with luminous sounds, blending her voice and keyboards with an atypical array of instruments: Omnichord, AutoHarp and Stylophone, complemented by toy instruments such as the kalimba, melodica, rainstick or thunderbox.
Between organic and synthetic textures, this rich soundtrack accompanies each film with musical atmospheres and songs in French, awakening the curiosity of children.
More than an introduction to cinema, music and poetry, this sensitive and joyful creation addresses themes such as sharing, patience, mutual support and tenderness, where learning comes through play and emotions.
It's Wednesday, so there's plenty to enjoy for dreamers of all ages before the shows and film-concerts dedicated to young audiences and accompanied by...
musicians/sound effects artists, sometimes even dancers…
