Tasting Visit at the Orchard Symphony

During a friendly visit (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes), we open the doors of the farm to you: a walk through the orchards, a discovery of our workshop and the processing line, followed by a tasting of our products.

From tree to bottle, follow the journey of the apple! During a friendly visit (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes), we open the doors of the farm to you: a walk through the orchards, the discovery of our workshop and the processing chain (sorting, washing, crushing, pressing), then our vats where the juice takes two paths: fermentation for ciders, pasteurization for juices, before bottling.

And finally, the best part: the tasting! We taste together the fruit of our labor — apple juice, sparkling apple juice, sparkling elderflower juice, our vinegars and ciders (in the tasting with alcohol).
