Vienne'à table, the gourmet stroll through the heart of Vienna's historic center, is back for its 4th edition!
This gourmet stroll, starting from the esplanade of the Théâtre François Ponsard, invites you to discover 10 restaurants and food professionals showcasing artisanal products and unique expertise. The route is punctuated by a succession of refined bites and tastings of local wines. Between gourmet stops, wander freely, step inside a monument, a historical site, an art gallery, or a designer boutique.
GASTRONOMIC TRAIL:
Fish :
- Le P'tit Bouchon: pike quenelle, lobster sauce
- Perla (Apéri'Klub): sardine with escabèche
- Comptoir des Criques: cod, yuzu whipped cream and smoked trout
Meat :
- La BarCarOlle: foie gras
- Alice's Brasserie: Thai-style beef tataki
- The Beef Corner: beef tartare and Boursin cheese
Vegetable :
- The Va & Vienne: seasonal vegetable flan, carrot chips and beetroot coulis
