Join us for a friendly and culinary evening at our communal table: Cooking workshop and seasonal meal

The Popote restaurant closed its doors last December to make way for culinary workshops.

These are convivial moments, and for a professional like myself, they are true moments of sharing and culinary camaraderie. On May 16th and 17th, just a few days before The Popote's 10th anniversary, I invite you to an evening of diverse activities, a blend of cooking workshop and restaurant service.

Come as a couple, in a group, or with work colleagues!
The program:
Presentation of the Evening's Show

Act 1:
A homemade welcome aperitif

Act 2:
A communal table set for the occasion awaits you. Choose your chair from the available seats. This evening is an opportunity to meet other food lovers and discuss a wide range of topics.

Act 3:
But before you sit down, I invite you to participate in the final preparations, such as plating the dishes as they are served. It's a complete, seasonal, and surprising menu designed to nourish you.
Table service is within your reach if you dare to participate with me. You'll see, it can be fun!

Act 4, Scene 1:
Let's discover wines to pair with the menu. Their selection will be guided by the expert advice of a professional wine merchant. We collaborate with this professional every last Friday of the month for a fun and sensory exploration of wine.

Act 4 - Scene 2: Let's list the menu and the ingredients I used to make it, including the spices and condiments I made myself.

Act 5:
It's time to eat! Let's move on to the first course and then the next, with or without your participation. It's not mandatory.

Act 6:
Dessert is served and the show is over. I can hang up my apron now!
