Guided tour of the village of Oingt

A member of the Friends of the Old Village of Oingt association will introduce you to his village, its heritage, its anecdotes and its legends.

Meet at the Nizy gate, where you'll discover the village of Oingt, its golden stones, and the village's history, including its prison, the names of its alleyways, the wine press, and the ramparts. Then, explore the history and castles of Oingt: the Church of St. Matthew, the castle fortifications (22nd century) and those of the village (15th century), the walls and moats, and the outer gates. You'll also find local crafts and restaurants.
