Presentation

Come and explore the narrow streets of this charming village with its hidden heritage. Discover a fresco depicting local history, richly decorated bourgeois houses (including 18th-century paintings), and other secret gems accessible only on guided tours.

The painted canvases are a collection of 18th-century linen canvases painted in tempera. This decor, listed as a Historical Monument, recounts the adventures of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza. So many stories to discover in this room!

The 16th-century frescoes in Maison Forte, which have undergone numerous transformations over the centuries, illustrate the discoveries of the solar system at the time. An exceptional display!

The Vourles Fresco painted by the Cité de la Création (2005) presents the personalities who have made the history of Vourles.
