Come discover or rediscover the art of brewing organic beer! Using only the highest quality raw materials! We brew our beers with a multitude of different grains, herbs, spices, fruits, and hops to create experiences that will delight your taste buds and stimulate your mind. :)
At GREDAM BRASSERIE, we have been brewing our excellent elegant, gourmet and aromatic beers using biodynamic methods with filtered and energized water (guaranteed free of chemicals!) for 10 years.

Two epicurean twin brothers, lovers of fine tastes and passionate about beer, decided to create GreDam Brasserie in 2015. The microbrewery was awarded a gold medal at the Lyon International Competition in 2016, leading to increased demand for its products.

The time had come to move and expand. After two years, the project is finally coming to fruition!

They created organic beers out of conviction, brewed biodynamically with energized and reverse osmosis water in order to offer high-quality beers, as clean as possible with water free of all the pollutants found in tap water!!

Nitrate-free, PCB-free, pesticide-free, insecticide-free and herbicide-free, chlorinated by-products-free, chemical residue-free and free of undesirable substances.

Since November 2018, we have been brewing our beers in our new brewhouse, 6 all year round plus seasonal or ephemeral beers that we imagine according to our desires.

Our craft beers are handcrafted, each with a true personality and identity.
All beers are brewed differently depending on the style, aromas, tastes, foam, and bitterness.

Our craft beers are rich and flavorful, they will provide you with truly enjoyable moments to share with friends or not!!
