Folkloric drivers and teams will take to the track for a fun and friendly day.
They're finally back... and it's going to be wild!
On Sunday, August 30, 2026, the soapbox cars will once again take over the road from Crapon to Sérézin-du-Rhône.
With the support of the Lyonnais Committee, seasoned pilots will mingle with folkloric teams, ready to put on a show with their homemade vehicles.
With friends, family or colleagues, prepare your racing car and experience a truly convivial moment as you take the start under the encouragement of an ever-growing crowd.
Free entry, refreshments, snacks… everything is in place for a day full of atmosphere and good cheer.
And the festival committee is also looking for volunteers to make this edition a success.
Don't miss the event: soapbox derbies won't be back until 2028.
