The Festival Région des Lumières is back! This unmissable event in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, celebrating the history and exceptional heritage of our beautiful region, will be held this year at the Vienne Town Hall!
This summer, Vienna lights up with The Colorful Odyssey, a spectacular creation conceived by Les Allumeurs de Rêves. As night falls, the façade of Vienna's City Hall becomes the stage for an immersive light show where plays of color, monumental projections, and soundscapes enhance every architectural detail of the building.
Blending 2D and 3D animation with an original soundtrack, this audiovisual spectacle transforms the building into a living fresco. The volumes, ornaments, and reliefs appear in a new light thanks to a highly precise lighting design, revealing the full heritage of the site.
Presented at the 2025 edition of the Festival Région des Lumières and then repeated in 2026, this work invites viewers to explore the soul of Vienne through tableaux inspired by the Rhône River, vineyard landscapes, and the traditions that shape the local identity. Rarely has a summer event in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region managed to so powerfully combine historical heritage and open-air digital art.
This luminous experience is also part of the festive atmosphere of Jazz à Vienne, which brings the city to life from June 25 to July 11 with a rich program of numerous concerts and musical events.
