Grand tasting with food and wine pairings

For gourmets, we offer a tour of our cellars and vineyards, an explanation of our biodynamic practices, followed by a guided tasting of 5 biodynamic wines with unique pairings of small gourmet bites.

"The Grand Tasting of Bachelards Wines and its Food & Wine Pairings": an in-depth tour including a visit to the château's facilities, from the vineyard to the cellars, and an understanding of the different stages of crafting a great wine. You will discover our vat room as well as our aging cellars. A guided tasting of the estate's wines will be offered, accompanied by mini-bites perfectly paired with the wines. Children will enjoy organic grape juice while waiting to grow up! (free of charge).
