Visit to the winery, geological and historical explanations about the vineyard, about our work to preserve biodiversity, about winemaking then tasting of 7 wines accompanied by local charcuterie or cheeses.
This tasting tour will allow you to discover the rich heritage of Beaujolais in our company.
Firstly, you will be given explanations about the geological and historical context of Beaujolais and the estate from the Middle Ages to the present day.
Next, you will visit the winery to learn more about the winemaking process of Beaujolais wines.
Finally, you will enjoy a guided tasting of 7 to 8 wines paired with a plate of local charcuterie or cheeses. Two Beaujolais Blanc wines will be presented: the Ammonite cuvée, a pale gold with aromas of white flowers and citrus, and the oak-aged cuvée, a blond gold with a strong oak character highly appreciated by oenologists.
You will then taste two Beaujolais-Villages, made from old vines on a very steep granite hillside; these wines come from old vines (55 to 105 years old) cultivated using sustainable farming practices for over 20 years in order to respect the environment.
You will then discover our Crus, from the exceptional sandy terroirs of the Brouilly hill. The Brouilly, which expresses itself with roundness and finesse, with aromas of violets, and the Côte de Brouilly, which has benefited from a year of aging in oak barrels and opens with notes of cherry and kirsch...
Finally, a delicate sweet wine, made from late-harvested grapes, our Perles de Viognier or Pinot Gris. Two atypical grape varieties for surprising wines.
