East of Lyon, near St Exupéry Airport, Eurexpo, Lyon, you can stay in complete tranquility in 2 guest rooms located on the ground floor of the owners' house.
Independent access for each bedroom. One bedroom (one double bed) with private bathroom/toilet; one bedroom (one double bed, with the option of two single beds on the mezzanine) with private shower room/toilet. The mezzanine is not suitable for children under 4 years old. A small lounge with a library and a dining area for picnics or simple meal preparation is available for guests. A kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and dishes is available for stays of more than two nights. Numerous shops (supermarkets and a bakery) and restaurants open seven days a week are less than 800 meters away. Tea, coffee, herbal teas, and various other beverages are available free of charge. To ensure everyone's sleep, the kitchenette is closed after 9:30 PM. Breakfast will be served upstairs, in the owner's living room or in the garden by the pool (weekdays from 7:30 am to 9:00 am, and weekends and holidays from 8:30 am to 10:00 am). Rates for 2 people, if using two single beds in the Bateaux room: €90 in Low Season and €100 in High Season. Discounts for consecutive stays of more than 3 nights in High Season: low season rates apply. Ideal for a tourist or business trip near Lyon.
