Maison PASSOT Rémy & Fils has the soul of a Family House: Dominique, Rémy, Félix and Simon will be delighted to introduce you to their Estate, certified High Environmental Value.
Domaine Passot is a 12-hectare family estate. Production encompasses four Beaujolais crus: Chiroubles, Fleurie, Morgon, and Régnie, as well as a Bourgogne Gamay, a rosé (Cuvée Victoire), a white wine made from Viognier grapes, a late-harvest white wine (La Revole), also made from Viognier grapes, and finally, an aromatic rosé, Coup d'Bulles, produced using the traditional method. The family aspect is particularly evident, as Simon and Félix joined their parents on the estate in 2017 and 2018, respectively.
