Tour and tasting at the Château de Buffavent

By appointment: guided tour of the vineyards and cellar and tasting of 5 wines from the "Pierres Dorées" terroir, made from Gamay, Chardonnay, Viognier, Pinot grape varieties.
This former fortified house (originally 16th century) offers a superb setting.

With our feet firmly planted in the soil, we cultivate our vines, ranging from 5 to 70 years old, planted on magnificent sunny hillsides. We do not seek to interfere with the plant's development, but only to accompany and protect it, promoting soil life and biodiversity, to facilitate the interaction between the vine and its terroir.

From hand-harvested, fully ripe and carefully sorted grapes, the wines are made and aged in a traditional way, to obtain the full expression of their personality.

This former fortified house (originally 16th century) is also a superb guest house.
