In the heart of the Golden Stones region, in Châtillon d'Azergues, our family has cultivated a passion for wine for six centuries. Today, we are delighted to introduce you to Beaujolais through our organic wines...and our bed and breakfast!

Jean-Gilles, Christiane, Claire, and Fabien work the vines, make the wines, and age them. It is the wisdom and knowledge of a father, combined with the modernity and enthusiasm of his children, that gives the Domaine's wines their distinctive character. The wine is made using methods that guarantee respect for the environment.
"If you respect nature, it will reward you." In other words, the best way to let a terroir and a grape variety express themselves is still to let them be!
That is why our work in the vineyard and winemaking is based on respect for the environment, the intrinsic quality of the fruit and the enhancement of the taste character of our wines.
Of course, none of this would be possible without high standards, rigor, and a deep understanding of living organisms. These three essential elements allow us to cultivate our vines without synthetic chemicals and to produce natural wines (without sulfites or oenological additives). In short, they allow us to offer you organic wines since 2003 (Organic Agriculture label - AB - certified by Ecocert sas F32600).
