This workshop invites you to gather, prepare, and enjoy a meal featuring wild plants. We'll go outside to collect them, and I'll provide botanical commentary as we gather. Then we'll cook together and share our meal.
Wild plants, which are very rich in nutrients, are mainly used as condiments or side dishes.
The menu will have been prepared by me beforehand, in consultation with the participants. It results from a subtle balance between healthy eating and indulgence.
Of course, it is also developed according to the seasonality, both for wild plants and for local products.
We will apply professional culinary techniques and organization, without neglecting hygiene standards.
Everyone cooks from scratch, from the basic ingredients to the final table service, just like in a restaurant.
