We are at Buffavent Castle in Dénicé, in the Beaujolais des Pierres Dorées. The estate is both a guest house and a characterful wine estate.
With aromatic notes of Gamay, Chardonnay, Viognier and Pinot, a tasting of the estate's wines brought the all-too-quickly passing day to a close!
