The EPIC Maison Départementale Rhône Tourisme (hereinafter Rhône Tourisme) collects and processes personal data within the framework of its public interest missions. Article 3.4: Recipients
The following are authorized to receive a communication of personal data:
- Authorized agents of Rhône Tourisme
- The Apidae network and the Rhône Tourist Offices
- Subcontractors who provide services on behalf of Rhône Tourisme, including website management, customer relationship management and the provision of online booking services for tourism products.
Article 3.5: Shelf life
Personal data is stored:
- For newsletters: until the user unsubscribes;
- For event management: 2 years for participant data;
- For live ticketing: 10 years in case of invoicing;
- For contact requests: 2 years after the last exchange.
