Rhône Tourisme relies on a solid network of institutional partners and specialized service providers to develop an attractive, coherent and innovative tourism offer.

Institutional partners 

The Rhône Department

  • Role: The Department is the main institutional supporter of Rhône Tourisme. It provides funding and sets the major strategic directions for tourism development, in line with local issues.
  • Collaboration : We collaborate closely with several departments on various projects related to planning, land development, and tourism communication.  

Auvergne-Rhône Alpes Tourism 

  • Role: The Region plays a key role in coordinating large-scale tourism policies. It supports innovation, training and promotion initiatives at the national and international levels.
  • Collaboration : We collaborate with Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Tourisme on projects related to the development of cycling offerings, the promotion of outdoor activities, and online marketing, in order to strengthen the attractiveness of our territory.  

Tourist Offices 

  • Role: Tourist offices are essential local partners for promoting local destinations. They are in direct contact with visitors and ensure the promotion of events and activities in the area.
  • Collaboration : Rhône Tourisme collaborates with tourist offices to harmonize promotional actions, share tourism data and co-create experiences tailored to travelers' expectations.

Communities of municipalities 

  • Role:  The inter-municipal communities are key players in local development. Their mission is to coordinate actions in the areas of economic development, land-use planning and tourism promotion at the inter-municipal level.
  • Collaboration :  Rhône Tourisme works in collaboration with the local communities on specific projects and issues (Gnolus, site development, etc.). This cooperation allows for the pooling of resources, increased visibility of the region, and the development of offers tailored to different customer groups.

Communes 

  • Role: Local municipalities are key players in local tourism development. They are responsible for the planning of their territory and the enhancement of their natural, cultural, and built heritage.
  • Collaboration : We collaborate with the municipalities of the Rhône region through structuring projects. 

CAUE 

  • Role: The CAUE provides free support to municipalities for missions lasting less than two days, except for the selection of a project manager for architecture, urban planning, and landscape design competition juries, where fixed fees apply, in accordance with the Town Planning Code. For missions lasting more than two days and limited to a maximum of 12 days, a mission protocol defines: the project objectives to be achieved and the resources to be implemented to ensure coherent and informed decision-making support.
  • Collaboration : We collaborate closely with the CAUE Rhône-Métropole through an annual cycle of training courses, a communication relay with the municipalities and advisory visit days conducted on request.

FFRP Association

  • Role: The FFRP is the leading organization for the development, maintenance and promotion of hiking trails in France. It ensures the quality, safety and enhancement of the trails, while encouraging hiking among all audiences.
  • Collaboration : Rhône Tourisme collaborates with the FFRP (French Hiking Federation) to develop and structure hiking opportunities in the Rhône department. This collaboration focuses on the creation, maintenance, signage, and promotion of trails to ensure a high-quality experience for hikers and to promote the region as an outdoor destination.

Gîtes de France Rhône Métropole

  • Role: As a major player in tourist accommodation, Gîtes de France supports owners in the labeling, promotion and marketing of their accommodations, guaranteeing quality and authenticity.
  • Collaboration : We work in collaboration with Gîtes de France to enhance the accommodation offer in the area, facilitate the dissemination of information and contribute to the promotion of labeled accommodation to visitors.

  • Role: Agency specializing in the creation of websites and digital communication.
  • Collaboration : Agence Mill designed our website, guaranteeing a modern and impactful image for Rhône Tourisme.

Yunow

  • Role: Expert in digital solutions and web development.
  • Collaboration : Yunow assisted Rhône Tourisme in the creation and optimization of the Rhône Médiéval web application.

  • Role: Collaborative platform for managing and disseminating tourism data.
  • Collaboration : Rhône Tourisme uses Apidae to centralize and structure tourist information, enabling consistent and effective dissemination to professionals and the general public.

Alliance Networks

  • Role: A solution dedicated to online booking of accommodation, tourist activities and leisure activities.
  • Collaboration : Thanks to Place de Marché, we offer visitors direct access to tourist offers in the Rhône region, facilitating booking and enhancing the attractiveness of local service providers.

  • Role: A platform specializing in the digitalization of outdoor tourism offerings.
  • Collaboration : Outdooractive supports us in promoting our outdoor routes through interactive maps and digital distribution tools and digital campaigns.

Distri Brochure

  • Role : Provider of distribution of tourist materials (brochures, flyers).
  • Collaboration : Distri Brochure ensures the physical distribution of our flyers in strategic locations in order to reach a wide audience across the territory. 

Avizi

  • Role:  Marketing campaign management and newsletter sending platform.
  • Collaboration : Avizi supports and guides us in answering our technical questions.
